BURG Services GmbH & Co. KG takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. The below statement provides you with an overview on how we ensure the protection of your personal data.

If you use our online offering, we need to collect, store, process and use details on your personal and material circumstances that indicate your identity (personal data, e.g. name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number). In doing so, we always comply with applicable data protection provisions.

We collect and use personal data requested from you or arising from your access to our online offerings only for dealing with the reason why you contacted us and for the fulfilment of contracts. In the course of our fulfilment of contracts, you will receive, e.g., the invoice by e-mail as well as system notifications and offers. The data are stored by us to the extent approved by you and erased once they are no longer needed for the purpose of processing.

In accordance with Section 33 of the BDSG (German Federal Data Protection Act) and Section 3 of the TMG (German Telemedia Act), we would like to point out that your data from the forms will be stored in a machine-readable format and in the context of the purpose set forth therein will be exclusively made available to those employees of BURG Services GmbH & Co. KG responsible for the fulfilment of such purpose. Any disclosure of your data to other companies and advertisers is excluded. Only your subscription to the newsletter of Bonn-Information is excluded therefrom. For this purpose, the data provided by you upon registration (last and first name as well as your e-mail address) will be transferred to Bonn-Information. However, you are subscribed to the newsletter only after you confirm the registration again.
